The operation of the automatic rebar threading machine involves the following key steps:

I. Equipment Preparation

Inspect the threading module: Ensure the threading rods, wire combs, and brush rollers are in proper condition. When threading, insert the threading wire into the threading rods and roll to tension it.

Harness and Reed Preparation: Inspect harness wires for deformation or damage, and grind the reed teeth according to the variety requirements. Confirm the reed gauge, length, and cleanliness. For reeds above No. 24, use a 1.6mm reed knife with a 7mm spacing.

II. Parameter Settings and Warp-Ending Process

Software Configuration:

Create a new pattern and input the product name, reed model (e.g., for 18#/168 reed, input 180/1.68), healding method, and reeding method.

Set the number and position of heddles. Click “Prepare for Threading” and clamp the steel reed.

Thread-Threading Operation:

Insert the split yarn into the split yarn module and secure it. Position heddles according to the pattern and adjust their alignment with the needle seats.

After running, address any multi-thread or no-thread alerts on the first yarn. After winding the bobbin, inspect the accuracy of heddle wires and reed threading.

III. Environment and Maintenance

Temperature and Humidity Control:

Recommended workshop temperature: 25°C (77°F), humidity: 80%. Humidify when static electricity is high.

Variety Change Adjustment:

Verify that heald wire thickness, width, and length match the current configuration.

Following these steps ensures efficient automatic heald threading while maintaining stable equipment operation.
