This equipment replaces traditional manual tying processes, reducing labor costs while enhancing product quality consistency. It is ideal for high-volume, standardized production requirements.

The large pile cage roll welding machine is primarily used for automated production of steel reinforcement cages in major infrastructure projects such as bridges, building pile foundations, and subway construction. It features the following core functions and applications:

Core Functions
‌[Main Rebar Fixing and Spacing Adjustment‌
Main rebars are secured via roller brackets, with spacing adjustable through rack-and-pinion transmission technology. Supports production of reinforcement cages ranging from 2 to 27 meters in length. ‌
‌[Spiral Rebar Wrapping and Welding‌
Hoop bars are automatically wrapped around main bars. Feed speed and rotation speed are synchronized via CNC control, with welding performed using resistance welding or CO₂/MAG welding to ensure continuous, uniform welds. ‌
High-Efficiency Production
Daily output reaches 20 x 12-meter reinforcement cages. Hydraulic support devices and interchangeable feed rods ensure consistent main bar diameter and spacing, with material loss below 1%.

Typical Application Scenarios
Primarily used in the following infrastructure projects:

‌Bridge Engineering‌: Pile foundation construction for highways, urban viaducts, etc.
‌Building Pile Foundations‌: Foundations for high-rise buildings, industrial plants.
‌Rail Transit‌: Pile foundation construction for subways, light rail systems. ‌
